About me

I challenge the quote: “work smarter, not harder." We have to do both to be change agents. 15 years of in-depth leadership experience has been driven from my core beliefs in a civic duty to innovate and business's engaging in social change. I promote collaboration to deliver high-performing teams, transformational digital strategies, and go to market product plans — whether it's consulting for clients, brands, working at start ups, and most recently across a wide range of digital marketing, design, lean product development, CRM automation, data analysis, and building audience-lead, long-term product strategies and roadmaps. It's driven through innovative, creative problem solving meeting the demands of working at a global scale in the US, UK, Europe, Australian, Canadian markets.

My leadership styles: Collaborative, Connector, Measured. I’m lead by the Dov Seidman quote: “When we look at the world through the lens of how, we see leaders shift, and others even transform, their habits of leadership from command and control to connect and collaborate. It’s a move from exerting power over people to generating waves through them.”

Raised in the Midwest on early 90s girl punk bands, long-time Californian, now in Toronto. I'm always curious about curating and designing experiences for communities and how cities can transform lives. Honoured to have been featured in Strategy, Marketing Magazine, Adweek, The Drum. Delivered keynotes at the Digital Innovation Summit, Data Marketing - Toronto, AFP Digital Fundraising, and, maybe most of all proud to be a footnote reference link in a baseball analytics article on Grantland.

If you watch baseball daily or can't stop thinking about your own civic duty to society, I'd love to talk. If you catch me on a Saturday or time off, I'm exploring cities around the world (secret's out... Essaouira, Morrocco). When I peel away from raising a 2 1/2 year old, I'm writing, making things like podcasts, and hunting down the next best band.
